RxRouter provides the technology platform that powers patient storefronts, intake, provider review, and prescription routing for independent telehealth clinics. The clinic you are consulting with is the entity responsible for your care and for the health information you share during intake. This page describes the platform’s general approach to privacy; your clinic’s own privacy notice governs your specific care relationship.

Information we handle

When you complete an intake, you may provide identifying details (such as name, date of birth, and contact information) and health information relevant to the treatment you are requesting. This information is used to let a licensed provider review your request, to fulfill an approved prescription, and to keep you informed about the status of your order.

How information is used and shared

Your information is shared with the licensed provider reviewing your request, and, for an approved prescription, with the pharmacy that fills it. We do not sell your personal or health information. Health information handled on behalf of a clinic is treated as protected health information under applicable law and is processed under a business-associate arrangement between RxRouter and the clinic.

Your choices

You can request access to or correction of your information, and you can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. To exercise these choices, or for the privacy notice that applies to your specific clinic, contact the clinic directly or reach our support team.
